General Information
- All cottage rates are subject to 6% State and 3% County taxes
- We accept Visa and MasterCard.
- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED!
- All facilities at Shawnee Bay are reserved for our registered
cottage guests ONLY!
- We hold our guests responsible for every day of their
reservation. If you arrive late or depart early, we must charge
for those days!
Winter, Spring & Fall Reservation Policy
- Check-in time is 2:00 PM
- Check-out time is 9:00 AM
- Fishermen are welcome to check in early for fishing on arrival
day, however, the cottage may not be ready until actual check-in
time.
- Reservations require a $250 deposit. Cottage #11 is $300,
and Lindal Cedar Homes and The Lodge require a $500 deposit.
Deposits are refunded less 25% administration cost if
cancellation is received 45 days prior to arrival. Every
effort will be made to re-rent a cancelled cottage and, if
successful, partial deposit may be made.
- We want our fishing guests to be comfortable, therefore, we
price our cottages minimums so that everyone gets their own bed.
Two person rate is for a one bedroom cottage (cottages 3 & 4)
with two double beds. Cottage #5 has a minimum charge for
1-3 adults. Cottages 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, & 10 have a minimum
charge for 1-4 adults. Cottage #11 & Lindal Cedar Homes
have a minimum charge for 1-6 adults. The Lodge is set up
for 2-10 adults.

Summer Reservation Policy
- Check-in time is 3:00 - 5:00 PM
- Check-out time is 9:00 AM
- We ask that you do not arrive early so that we may devote the
limited time allowed us to make everything ready for your
arrival.
- Reservations require a $400 deposit on Cottages #1 - 10, and
$600 on Cottage #11 and $700 on
- Lindal Cedar Homes and The
Lodge. Cancellations made up to 60 days prior to date of
reservation will be returned LESS a service charge of 25%
administration cost. If cancellation is made within 45
days of reservation, every effort will be made to re-rent a
cancelled cottage and, if successful, partial deposit may
be made.
